We put this laminate flooring in the basement of our cabin only using the moisture barrier and no other foam or cork. It went down so easily and quickly and looks fantastic. I will let you know if we have a problem with the cold temperatures, as our cabin is at 8600 elevation and very cold there. My husband is 64 and enjoyed laying this product down. 700 square feet in all.

This kit did not come with a handle for the mop...only the mop head. The mop is not good to use on hand scraped flooring because it is only thick enough to hit the high surfaces. The cleaner also leaves a dull film on the floor.

I love the floor kit and it makes it a snap to clean the hardwood floors we just installed.

However, the customer service when ordering and when I had a problem with my order stinks. I believe Bellawood customer service needs to have better turn around time (faster). Call you back and have more training on your policies and how the ordering process works. It was really not a wonderful customer experience and I tell people all the time about this matter. I do love my Bellawood floors but the customer service for ordering and having a problem with your order stinks, so good luck with customer service.

I certainly hope management does do something to step up and make the customer service experience department easier to deal with.

Cleaner & Mop head perfect.

Mop handle couldn't be tightened, so wrapped duct tape around tube to keep it from sliding up and down.

Suggest a threaded tightening device at the slip jointt.

The cleaning set is a nice starting tool. It brings everything that you initially need without having to run all over the place. The cleaner is very easy to use. You just spray it on the floors and wipe it off with the provided mop. It made cleaning for us a whole lot easier and we are so happy that we don't have to deal with our carpet anymore.

We have Bellawood Hickory throughout our log cabin and are very pleased. We like the soy cleaner, the microfiber pad, and the furniture pads, but the mop itself does not perform well ergonomically. Friction builds up, keeping it from "gliding." Bearing down on the pole causes the mop head to flip over. Very frustrating. We plan to buy a new mop somewhere with improved ergonomic design.

I have bamboo flooring throughout my 2500 square foot house. It was too hard to use mop. Had to continue spraying. Just didn't like anything about it at all. Also ordered extra pads and had to eventually request credit because they didn't come in. But I guess that was a plus because I didn't like product.

I thought it was a little pricey but the felt pads and the cleaner make it worth the purchase. Maybe adding a second applicator pad would justify the cost. The felt pads stuck quite well to all the furniture and I will continue to purchase the cleaner-it dried very quickly and did a good job of cleaning the floor. The swivel on the applicator allows you to get into tight spots where other mops may be too bulky.

The cleaning product seems nicely matched to the b
floorboards it is meant to clean, and the wide applicator does a good job of removing light smudges or dried drops. Thicker such deposits require individual attention, with either some water or the cleaning product. In either case the Bellawood boards hold up nicely, but the floor was installed only three months ago. Time has yet to show their durability, but the beginning has been promising.

We got the American Cherry Select engineered wood floor for our living room and attached hall and we had installers from Lumber Liquidators install it. The floor looks great and your installers did a first rate job.
The Bellawood floor kit we also purchased makes cleaning the floor a breeze and keeps it looking good.

The floor kit is worth the investment but has one glaring deficiency, only one mop head (where can I get another). I am a bit disappointed in the Brazilian Teak Wood as I had over a box and a half of the wood (In some cases a whole 7' board) that I could not use due to either cracks, breaks, chips, or just plain and noticiable defects in the finish. This was in addition to the normal waste wood due to installation. At the price I expected better or more quality control. Where the finished product looks great (the floors overall appearance) the waste wood was a real big minus and a huge disappointment. Where I would buy it again and probably will I am sure that I will run into this problem. This time I will expect it.

It's nice to know that a product made specifically for my Lumber Liquidator Bellawood floors exists and works so well. I saw an immediate shine and it brought the floor back to its original look. I would highly recommend it - and I love the washable floor cleaning pad!

I have just put in a new floor in the kitchen with Spice Oak and it is beautiful. I decided to try the Bellawood Floor Kit as other products were not helping keep the shine. This product goes on wonderfully and makes the floor look and feel clean!

I like the actual floor cleaner and mot product but had to pay for furniture pad that I already had purchased and did not need. The mop head is larger than I need it to be. It was great when I did not have the room size area rugs down but now that the furniture and rugs are down it is difficult to use.

The soy cleaner is excellent. We can clean up very quickly after our dog who also loves the wood floor. The kit included floor protectors for your furniture. They are one standard size. It would be good to have various sizes. Otherwise, it's a very good value.

I was hesitant to use the product on my hickory floors since I had been warned by the installer to just use water. But frankly, I was not getting the results I wanted with water and a micro-fiber pad. After I tried the Bellawood kit out on one area (we are wall-to-wall hickory hardwood in our house), I was delighted and very happy that I had two bottles of the product to work with.

The mop head picks up and holds the dirt, making it a breeze to keep my dining room and kitchen floor spotless. It only takes 5 minutes to effortlessly sweep the floors. And because it only takes a few minutes to sweep, I find that I use it daily. To clean, you just remove the mop head (attached with velcro) shake it and put it back on. It is also machine washable. I wish I'd had one years ago. I just ordered 4 replacement mop heads.
