My biggest complaint is that the tonge and groove did not match with the flooring product. Both were Bellawood. I had to run it through the tablesaw, which jepardized the integrety of the joint. This caused some fluctuations in the height at the seam. Also tongue and grooves on the ends of the boards would be great for a stair that is wider than 6-5, which I have in my house. I guess my other issue is that this particular piece was darker than any other piece of flooring. I was happy with the flooring itself, though.

This nosing was recommended by the guy who sold us our hardwood floor. The floor had been discontinued and did not have matching trim pieces available. This molding matches our floor perfectly. We couldn't be happier, especially for a blind match.

The stair nose was easy to install. It matched the select maple perfectly. It is a bit pricey.

I laid the maple in my living room and dining room and it has added to the total uplifting look of my main floor. It is light enough so that you can have darker furniture or wall color.

We changed our carpets to Hardwood floors and have not looked back!!! It is INCREDIBLE the difference. We had our wood professionally installed. We love it, and so does our little 2 year old!!!

The machining of the bullnose does not match Bellawood select maple resulting in a different elevation unless the bullnose grove is cut.

Loved the product - the stairs are 44 inches and the Maple Stair nose is 6.5ft there was 34 inches of waste for every stair - 14 stairs and 2 landings. Needed 8.5 ft lengths which used to be available. The waste was approximately $440. This was extremely disappointing. The Maple flooring which was used on the stairs was great and so was the price the only disappointment was the Stair Nose

We were very unhappy with outcome of the floor,largely because the store sample showed little or no color variation in wood, and a uniform grain and color we wanted. When we asked the store salesperson is we could expect the same uniform look as the sample He said Yes. In contrast, the actual delivered product had a wide range of color differential including random dark patches which took away from the look and uniformity that we wanted.
Also your questionaire above is annoying and user unfriendly. If you really want customer comments then let them answer the way they want, rather than limiting the letter count, and forcing answers into tiny sound bites. I would be very cautious about using LL again...and others I have talked to agree.

IT WAS USED TO CAP THE END OF THE MAPLE FLOORING IN THE ALTAR AREA. THE FLOORING AND THE NOSING WAS EASY TO INSTALL. IT MAKES THIS AREA SO MUCH BRIGHTER. IT ALSO MAKES THE AREA LOOK LARGER THAN IT IS.
