This purchase was used in a rental home that I have that my daughter & son-in-law currently live in & I want to sell the house. This product completely changed an ordinary living room, Kitchen & hallway into a beautiful cozy area. This product only increased the value of this home.
The color is a nice glossy shade that does not show dirt & even with small children & a dog in the house the floor has no scratch marks.
I am very pleased with the product & have already recommended it to two of my friends.
