This flooring is stunning to see. We used it in a stairway landing and office, but loved it so much we purchased more for the Guest bathroom. The color varies between rich reds/pinks to browns but we like this look and it's not dramatic; it adds to the beauty of the floor. My husband broke an existing trim piece in the stairway so routed one of the mahogany floor boards and varnished it; this piece looks as wonderful as the rest. Being 100% wood, he could do this. The finish on the floor is outstanding, the color very rich, and the 5" board width made for a quick installation with minimal prep work. People love to stand in the middle of the room and stare at the floor and all note how rich it looks. Yes, we highly recommend this product and can't say one negative comment.

We installed 400 sq. ft. of Bellawood 3/4" x 5" Peruvian Mahogany in our new master bedroom suite and adjoining hall. This product exceeded our expectations. Very few boards were defective. "Select" grade is extremely select (no knots, warping, bowing). So far, the finish seems very durable and scratch-resistant. We were impressed with the abundance of long boards. We'd like to buy another 700 sq. ft. to install into our great room & dining room, now.
